Starting at $39 per ocurrence
No contract needs; you can call us for one-time work that includes—mowing, removing grass clippings, string trimming, edging walks, and curb areas.
More services can add, and prices can change.
Bi Monthly
Starting at $129/month
Each mowing visit includes removing grass clippings, string trimming, edging walks, curb areas, and bi-weekly hand weeding ornamental beds or as needed.
Spring clean-up & mulch
It’s Performed in March and April. And includes the removal of winter debris and pruning of roses and shrubs before new growth emerges. Spring flower beds cutting above 3 to 4 inches deep, removing excessive mulch & Spring mulch of all existing plant beds with premium hardwood mulch brown not to exceed 2 inches in depth.

We have premium package options to care for your outdoor spaces every season.
Early spring (March): We have a combined granular application of pre-emergent herbicide to prevent grassy weeds such as crabgrass and a balanced turf fertilizer from promoting spring green-up.
Mid-spring (May): Second application of pre-emergent herbicide to ensure season-long crabgrass prevention: a spot spray application of post-emergent herbicide to control existing broadleaf weeds such as dandelions. The application also includes balanced turf fertilizer.
Summer (July): A new granular application of insecticide combined with a balanced turf fertilizer and pre-emergent to control turf-damaging insects such as white grubs and summer seeding weeds. Note This application must be watered in.
Early Fall (September): Another granular application of controlled-release turf starter equivalent fertilizer. They are typically applied after scheduled core aeration & over-seeding.
Late Fall (November): Granular Application of controlled-release turf fertilizer to promote winter root development and early spring green-up.
